3. Practice reading the answers to these exercises aloud.

4. When you feel comfortable with your reading/pronunciation of the exercises, record yourself reading them (read the complete sentences) aloud using the Audio Drop Box (click on the "Spoken Homework" button in the left-hand toolbar of this page).

WRITTEN HOMEWORK:

1. Study/review the "pre-nominal" adjectives on THIS PAGE of your online textbook. Complete the self-correcting exercises at the bottom of the page.

2. Review the verb AVOIR using THIS PAGE of your online textbook. Complete the self-correcting exercises at the bottom of the page.

3. Using the verb avoir, compose five sentences describing something that the following people have:

1. Yourself (using "je")
2. A male friend (using his name or "il")
3. A female friend (using her name or "elle")
4. Your family (using "nous")
5. Your parents (using "ils")

In each sentence, use one adjective of the type that comes before the noun, and one that comes after the noun. For example:

1. J'ai une belle chienne orange.
2. Mon ami Paul a une grande voiture rouge.
3. Mon amie Claire a vieille maison blanche.etc...

Submit your five sentences by clicking on the "Written Homework" button in the left-hand toolbar of this screen, and then click on "Written Homework Week Seven".
